On Feb. 9th, 2022, Zhengzhou Railway Bureau sent a order to change the rail of Nanyang Public Works Section which is about 30 km long. Aigre attached great importance to the project and immediately provided two UN5-150ZB1 mobile flash rail welding machines to the site for construction.

This task is very difficult. It is a reconstruction of existing line. Its rail welding time is only 3 hours a day, and 100 welding joints should be completed in 30 days .

Aigre made a detailed construction plan and strict control the quality and safety of operation. Director Zhang of engineering department visited the site for many times to guide the work, coordinate all parties and successfully completed the task. The qualified rate of flaw detection is 100%, which won the everyone’s recognition and praise.
